Its primary operations encompass commercial banking services, including general deposits and loans, along with a diverse insurance portfolio featuring personal injury, health, annuity, and investment-linked products, supplemented by life and property insurance brokering. TCFH actively participates in the securities market, providing brokerage, dealing, and underwriting services, managing investment trusts, discretionary investment accounts, and offering investment consulting. The company also ventures into venture capital, bills finance (dealing and underwriting various debt instruments such as short-term bills, government bonds, and commercial papers), and offers corporate financial advisory and guarantees. Additionally, it oversees and operates trust businesses, serving as a custodian for non-discretionary trust funds, and is involved in the acquisition and management of creditors' rights and delinquent accounts receivable. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, TCFH maintained a substantial operational network as of December 31, 2021, which included 269 domestic branches, one offshore banking unit, 14 overseas branches, eight overseas sub-branches, and two representative offices.
