What's the Difference Between Free and Advanced Plans?
The main difference between the Free and Advanced Plans is the level of data and analytical features. The Free Plan includes limited 3 years of historical data, limited personal notes, and allows managing up to 5 Stock Screens and 5 Stock Watchlists. The Advanced Plan offers unlimited access to all tools, over 10 years of historical data, unlimited Stock Screens and Stock Watchlists, unlimited personal notes, and advanced export options for investment analysis.
Will Stoxray's Price Increase?
No, for active members the subscription price you originally signed up for is your rate, and unless you cancel your membership and reactivate it, your price will not increase. Every official price increase applies only to new sign-ups and previous members who come back after canceling.
Can I Cancel My Stoxray Subscription At Any Time?
You can cancel your Advanced Plan subscription at any time. Your monthly or annual subscription will stay active until the current billing period ends. Your plan will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again.
What Is Stoxray's Refund Policy?
We do not provide any refunds for monthly or annual subscription payments. To make sure Stoxray is the right tool for your investing needs, you can start with our Free Plan. This plan gives you the opportunity to fully explore and evaluate all Stoxray features. If you decide to cancel your monthly or annual paid subscription, you'll still have access to the service until your current billing period is over. Your plan won't automatically renew.
