Founded in 1921, the enterprise was originally named Taiwan Pokphand Feed Co., Ltd., adopting its current designation, Charoen Pokphand Enterprise (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., in 1988. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Taipei City, Taiwan.
