Profile

ECOVE Environment Corp., established in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1994, and previously known as KD Holding Corp., functions as a subsidiary of CTCI Corporation. The company delivers comprehensive engineering and environmental solutions to both governmental and private sector clients across a wide geographical footprint, including Taiwan, Macau, mainland China, Southeast Asia, India, and the United States. ECOVE's core activities encompass the entire lifecycle of various critical infrastructures: they finance, plan, construct, operate, and maintain facilities such as waste-to-energy plants, specialized and hazardous waste treatment centers, water and wastewater purification systems, and resource reclamation sites. Their expertise also extends to solar power installations, where they actively develop, operate, and manage photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of 25 megawatts. Beyond infrastructure development, ECOVE offers a broad spectrum of specialized services. These include ongoing operations and maintenance, strategic consulting, and support for investment and development projects within both public and private sectors. Their offerings further extend to management advisory, system commissioning, comprehensive maintenance and overhauls for equipment, and crucial system upgrades and improvements. These services cater specifically to industries such as waste-to-energy, railway operations, general waste management, and public utilities. Additionally, the company participates in environmental initiatives such as PET bottle recycling.
