Profile

eMemory Technology Inc. is a company dedicated to the research, development, production, and distribution of a range of semiconductor solutions. Their offerings include flash memory integrated circuits (ICs), intellectual property (IP) for embedded flash memory ICs, memory card controllers for input/output, and various products related to memory cards and digital film. Among its portfolio, eMemory provides NeoBit, a versatile programmable logic device. This technology can be seamlessly integrated into a wide array of CMOS processes, encompassing logic, mixed-mode, bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD), analog, radio frequency (RF), and high-voltage (HV) applications. Another key offering is NeoFuse, a compact logic non-volatile storage solution. It serves critical functions such as identity (ID) verification, production record keeping, encryption code storage, and ROM replacement. Additionally, NeoFuse is utilized for analog trimming, function selection, and setting parameters. Its applications extend to various consumer electronics and industrial components, including set-top boxes, digital televisions, CMOS imaging sensors, application and baseband processors, LCD drivers, and power management integrated circuits. eMemory further delivers NeoEE, an embedded memory device based on single-poly technology. This solution finds use in diverse areas, such as storing user preferences in IC cards, housing code within microcontrollers (MCUs) and RFICs, configuring NFC controllers, acting as fuse devices in memory redundancy architectures, and performing parameter trimming for analog, RF, HV, and BCD circuits. The company also offers NeoMTP, another single-poly embedded memory technology tailored for applications like USB Type-C interfaces, wireless chargers, touch panels, P-Gamma adjustments, and microcontrollers, among others. EcoBit is presented as an embedded logic multiple-time programmable solution. It is ideal for use in passive RFID tags, low-power sensors, battery-efficient mobile ICs, and various other Internet of Things (IoT) chips. Beyond these, eMemory's portfolio includes NeoPUF, a hardware security technology device designed for Internet of Things (IoT) applications, along with related PUF-based solutions. They also provide ReRAM, an embedded memory combining EEPROM and flash capabilities. The Green Platform is offered for storing code in microcontrollers or speech integrated circuits, while MagnaChip EEPROM, an IP block, serves for code storage in microcontrollers and RFICs, as well as parameter trimming in analog, RF, and high-voltage circuits. eMemory's client base spans semiconductor foundries, integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), and fabless design houses, serving both domestic Taiwanese and international markets. Established in 2000, eMemory Technology Inc. maintains its headquarters in Jhubei City, Taiwan.
