Beyond its oil and chemical endeavors, ORLEN is a significant participant in the energy sector, producing, distributing, and transmitting both electricity and heat. The company boasts an impressive installed power capacity of approximately 3.4 GW and actively trades in thermal energy. Complementing its industrial operations, ORLEN maintained a substantial retail footprint with a network of 2,881 fuel stations as of December 31, 2021.
