Liberty Gold Corp

Liberty Gold Corp. is an early-stage mining company focused on finding, acquiring, and developing mineral properties across Canada, the United States, and Turkey. Its exploration efforts target a diverse range of metals, including gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, and other valuable precious and base metal deposits. The company's primary assets include full ownership of the Goldstrike project in Washington County, southwest Utah, encompassing 7,194 hectares across various claim types—both owned and leased—including unpatented, patented, private, and state lands. It also fully owns the 4,845-hectare Black Pine project, situated in southeastern Idaho, which consists of 622 unpatented lode claims. Furthermore, Liberty Gold holds an option to acquire complete ownership of the Baxter Spring Gold project in central Nevada. Incorporated in 2010, the company operated as Pilot Gold Inc. until it rebranded to Liberty Gold Corp. in May 2017. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
