Profile

Information Services Corporation (ISC), headquartered in Regina, Canada, specializes in delivering comprehensive registry and information management services for public data and records across the country. The company's operations are divided into three primary segments: Registry Operations, Services, and Technology Solutions. Its core offerings encompass critical land-related services, including the comprehensive land titles registry, responsible for issuing titles and recording all associated transactions. ISC also manages land surveys, handling the registration of survey plans and contributing to Saskatchewan's cadastral parcel mapping system by creating detailed representations of land parcels. These efforts are supported by geomatics services, which manage the geographic data integral to this cadastral system. Beyond land, ISC operates personal property registry services, where security interests and other claims on personal property are formally recorded. Its corporate registry facilitates the official registration of a diverse range of business entities, such as business corporations, non-profit organizations, co-operatives, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and business names. The company also provides a suite of complementary services and products, including nationwide search capabilities, business name registration, and corporate filing assistance. It supplies essential administrative items for businesses, like corporate minute books, seals, bylaws, share certificates, and various stamps. Specialized Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and collateral management services are also part of its portfolio. A significant offering involves extensive public records search services, covering corporate profiles, business names, NUANS reports, Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) information, security and real estate data, and vital statistics such as birth, death, and marriage certificates. ISC further provides in-depth security searches, offering both current and historical data related to debts, liabilities, pending or potential lawsuits, bankruptcies, liens, judgments, and asset sales. Its recovery solutions are designed to facilitate and coordinate asset recovery processes. Underpinning many of its registry functionalities, ISC also offers RegSys, a proprietary multi-register platform. Founded in 2000, the organization initially operated as Saskatchewan Land Information Services Corporation before formally adopting its current name, Information Services Corporation, in November of the same year.
