Its corporate finance division supports businesses with loans, letters of credit, collection services, factoring, forfaiting, robust account management, accounts receivable financing, hedging strategies, financial instruments, and expert consultation. By the end of 2021, the bank's operational footprint included 81 domestic branches, an international presence through a Labuan branch in Malaysia, and an offshore banking unit. Originally established in 1952 as Taichung Small and Medium Business Bank Company Limited, the institution adopted its current name, Taichung Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., in December 1998, and is headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan.
