Profile
Strauss Group Ltd. functions as a global food and beverage conglomerate, engaged in the development, production, marketing, and sale of a diverse array of culinary offerings. Its extensive operations span several continents, including Israel, North America, Brazil, Europe, and other international markets. The company's broad activities are organized into six distinct divisions: Health & Wellness: This segment focuses on nutritious and wholesome options, encompassing dairy products like yogurts, desserts, and soft cheeses, alongside plant-based alternatives such as tahini desserts and probiotic treats. It also supplies fresh items including salads, cut vegetables, and pasta, as well as pantry staples like granola bars, honey, olive oils, fruit preserves, cooking sauces, lemon juices, and natural maple syrups. Additionally, it handles the distribution of natural juices and butter spreads. Fun & Indulgence: Conversely, this division caters to consumers seeking treats, providing a selection of confectioneries like sweet snack bars, chocolate tablets, candies, chewing gums, and sweet spreads, in addition to baked goods such as cakes, cookies, biscuits, wafers, and savory snacks. Israel Coffee: This division manages a comprehensive coffee business within its home market, from developing and producing various coffee products and drink powders (including chocolate) to selling coffee beans and operating retail coffee outlets. International Coffee: On an international scale, this segment expands its scope by developing and manufacturing a broad range of coffee and powdered beverages, distributing coffee machines, and engaging in the procurement and processing of raw materials such as green coffee, corn products, cashew-based dairy substitutes, and juice powders. International Dips & Spreads: This division specializes in producing and commercializing refrigerated dips and spreads, notably under the renowned Sabra, Obela, and Florentin labels. Strauss Water: Finally, this segment is dedicated to developing, producing, distributing, and selling advanced systems for water filtration, purification, and carbonation. Established in 1933, the company was initially known as Strauss-Elite Ltd. before rebranding to Strauss Group Ltd. in February 2007. It maintains its headquarters in Petah Tikva, Israel, and operates as a subsidiary of Strauss Holdings Ltd.
