Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M., in conjunction with its subsidiary companies, delivers a comprehensive array of banking and financial solutions both within Israel and across international markets, including the United States and the United Kingdom. The institution organizes its services into distinct operational units targeting various client groups: households, private banking, micro businesses, small businesses, mid-market firms, large corporations, institutional entities, and financial management. The bank's offerings include diverse lending options such as residential mortgages – complete with expert planning, customer guidance throughout the application process, and refinancing for existing loans – alongside collateral-backed financing and credit for purchasing collectives. It also extends working capital, acquisition loans, term loans, and credit lines. Specialized support is provided to Israeli high-tech companies through financial backing and equipment lease financing. Everyday banking needs are met with credit cards and online services, complemented by robust wealth and cash management facilities. For its corporate and international clientele, Bank Leumi facilitates cross-border trade financing, participates in and structures syndicated loans, offers foreign currency time deposits, and provides dealing room services. Furthermore, the company manages a variety of collective investment schemes, including provident, mutual, study, and pension funds, in addition to offering insurance products. Its investment activities encompass managing tradable securities portfolios, executing market-making operations for securities and derivatives, engaging in repurchase agreements and securities lending, short selling, and underwriting new securities issues. The bank also actively manages its own assets and liabilities and provides fiduciary and safekeeping services to other financial institutions. Beyond these, it offers expert consultancy, oversees the sale and administration of loan portfolios, and is involved in developing innovative financial products. Its client base spans private individuals, small and mid-sized enterprises, large multinational corporations, institutional investors, and foreign banks. Established in 1902, Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M. is headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and operates through an extensive network of approximately 250 branches.
