These sophisticated services cover managing urban development and industry funds, structuring financing arrangements, developing debt financing plans, issuing non-financial corporate debt instruments, facilitating asset securitization, offering financing guarantees, arranging syndicated loans, and providing M&A financing support. Furthermore, the bank offers crucial settlement services, including cash management, fund custody, corporate internet banking, payroll processing, bill and exchange facilities, VAT electronic invoicing, and corporate e-banking functionalities, all accessible via an integrated financial service platform. Its robust trade finance department provides a full spectrum of international trade services. These encompass export-related activities such as export bills, package loans, stock financing, export credit insurance, forfaiting, export collection bills, and inward/outward remittance financing. Import services include customs duty guarantees, open letters of credit, import bills, import bills collection, and various payment services. The bank also facilitates buyer and seller financing, manages letters of credit (issuance, notification, review/negotiation), handles import and export documentary collection, and offers foreign and forward exchange guarantees.
