The institution further supports modern banking needs with extensive digital platforms, including debit and credit cards, internet banking, and mobile banking services. Through its network of subsidiaries, Industrial Bank extends its reach into diverse specialized financial sectors. This includes finance leasing, trust services, fund raising and marketing, comprehensive asset management, and consumer finance. The group also engages in strategic equity and industrial investments, alongside providing expert investment management, advisory, and consulting services. Further specialized areas cover financial, business, and enterprise management consulting; sophisticated financial data processing; brokerage services for commodity and financial futures; futures investment consulting; and economic information consulting. The company even contributes to technological infrastructure through application software development and system integration. Moreover, the bank is actively involved in broader financial health management, including the acquisition, transfer, and disposal of non-performing loans (bad debts) from both financial and non-financial entities. It also develops and distributes a variety of wealth management products and offers related consulting and advisory services.
