Established in 1969 and headquartered in Singapore, the entity was formerly known as Hytex Limited before rebranding to Tuan Sing Holdings Limited in 1983. Tuan Sing Holdings Limited functions as a subsidiary of Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd.
