Profile

Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT), Singapore's inaugural Asia-centric logistics real estate investment trust, commenced trading on the SGX-ST main board on July 28, 2005. Its primary objective is to acquire a diverse collection of income-generating logistics properties and related assets. As of December 31, 2020, MLT managed 156 logistics facilities situated across Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, China, Australia, Malaysia, South Korea, and Vietnam, representing a total of S$10.2 billion in assets under management. Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, oversees MLT's operations.
