Profile

Launched on October 2, 2019, Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) was created with a core strategy: to invest, either directly or indirectly, in a diverse range of stable, revenue-generating real estate assets worldwide. These properties are primarily used for retail and/or office purposes. Its initial holdings included a leasehold interest in 313@somerset, a retail establishment in Singapore, and a freehold interest in Milan's Sky Complex, which consists of three distinct office buildings. By June 30, 2020, this portfolio spanned approximately 1.3 million square feet in net lettable area and was appraised at S$1.4 billion. LREIT operates under the management of Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd., an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Lendlease. The REIT's main objectives are to provide unitholders with consistent and reliable distributions, achieve long-term growth in both distribution per unit and net asset value per unit, and maintain a prudent capital structure.
