Profile

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, known as KORE, is an established office-focused Real Estate Investment Trust, having commenced trading on the main board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) on November 9, 2017. Its core mandate involves strategically acquiring a diverse array of income-generating commercial properties and associated real estate assets throughout dynamic growth regions within the United States. KORE specifically targets areas exhibiting robust economic indicators and strong office market fundamentals, which typically surpass both the national US average and that of major gateway cities. This approach is designed to deliver consistent distributions and superior total returns to its unitholders. Management of KORE is overseen by Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT Management Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between its two principal sponsors, Keppel Capital and KPA. Currently, KORE boasts a well-diversified portfolio consisting of 13 freehold office complexes and business parks situated across eight strategically chosen, innovation and technology-driven growth markets in the US. These assets collectively hold a valuation of US$1.30 billion and encompass a substantial net lettable area exceeding 4.7 million square feet. The REIT benefits from a broad and varied tenant roster, including prominent entities within burgeoning and resilient sectors like technology, as well as medical and healthcare, which are poised to sustain and propel future expansion. Highlighting its technology-centric focus, over half of KORE's portfolio assets are strategically positioned within major tech ecosystems such as Seattle – Bellevue/Redmond, Austin, and Denver. The remaining properties are distributed among other crucial growth markets, including Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Sacramento, and Atlanta.
