Taleem REIT Fund

Taleem REIT functions as a closed-end, exchange-traded real estate investment fund, strategically focused on acquiring and holding developed properties that produce regular income. Its investment mandate specifically targets assets within the education and training sectors. The fund aims to deliver consistent returns to its investors, pledging to distribute a minimum of 90% of its annual net earnings as dividends. Management of the fund is entrusted to Saudi Fransi Capital, which operates under the licensing and regulation of the Capital Market Authority (License No 1115337). The fund's terms and conditions have undergone review and received approval for Shari'ah compliance from a dedicated board, whose members include Sheikh Abdullah Bin Suleiman Al-Manea, Dr. Mohammed Ali El-Gari, and Dr. Abdulsattar Abu Ghuddah. These terms were officially released on May 8, 2017 (corresponding to 12 Dhu al-Qa'dah 1438H). Upon its launch, the fund consisted of 28,500,000 units, each priced at an initial offering of 10 Saudi Riyals. ValuStrat and Olaat Development Co. LTD are the appointed evaluators, and KASB Capital serves as the custodian for the fund's assets.
