Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Courbevoie, France, Nexans S.A. is a global producer and distributor of a diverse range of cables. The company operates through four distinct segments. Its Building & Territories division supplies advanced cabling systems and smart energy solutions for structures, urban development, smart grids, e-mobility, local utilities, decentralized power systems, and rural electrification initiatives. The High Voltage & Projects segment specializes in the design, engineering, financing, and comprehensive management of assets and systems for offshore wind farms, subsea interconnections, and terrestrial high-voltage infrastructure, alongside providing intelligent solutions for the oil and gas industry. The Telecom & Data division supports clients in deploying copper and fiber optic networks, covering data transmission, telecommunications systems, hyperscale data centers, and local area network cabling. Finally, the Industry & Solutions segment develops tailor-made cabling and connectivity products for original equipment manufacturers and industrial project managers across various sectors, including transport, automation, renewable energy, and resource management. This segment also provides wire rods, electrical wires, and winding wires.
