The division also produces guide pins, electric parking brakes, and components for braking systems, direct engine injections, and complex power transmission parts. Furthermore, it offers specialized parts for motors and safety systems, belt and seat mechanism products, cable ducts, and aims to optimize assembly processes and reduce vehicle weight. LISI Medical focuses on providing comprehensive solutions for the medical sector, from initial design, modeling, and prototyping to pre-series production, material selection, and process validation, including inventory replenishment. Its product range includes reconstruction implants for hips, knees, shoulders, and extremities, along with associated instruments. It also manufactures a variety of surgical tools like blades, scissors, staplers, and pliers. Additionally, the division produces spinal and trauma implants, including connectors, screws, cages, plates, and prostheses, which are essential medical devices for treating trauma and osteosynthesis. Established in 1777, the company, formerly known as GFI Industries until its rebranding to LISI S.A. in 2002, is headquartered in Belfort, France. Lisi S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Compagnie Industrielle De Delle S.A.
