Compagnie des Alpes S.A., along with its affiliated entities, manages and operates a diverse portfolio of leisure and recreational facilities. The company structures its extensive operations into three core divisions: Ski Areas, Leisure Parks, and Holdings and Supports. The Ski Areas segment is comprehensively responsible for the full spectrum of ski resort management, including operating ski lifts, equipping and maintaining terrain, and managing trails, alongside land sales to real estate developers. This division oversees celebrated resorts such as La Plagne, Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, Tignes, Val d'Isère, Les Menuires, Méribel, Flaine, Serre Chevalier, Les Deux Alpes, Samoëns, and Megeve. Within the Leisure Parks segment, the focus is on developing and running a variety of entertainment complexes, ranging from theme parks and combined amusement/animal parks to water parks, wax museums, and other tourist attractions. Its prominent leisure park brands include Parc Astérix, Futuroscope, Grévin Paris, France Miniature, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, Walibi Holland, Walibi Belgium, Aqualibi, Bellewaerde, Aquapark, and Familypark. Finally, the Holdings and Supports segment offers consulting services and engages in tour operating, travel agency functions, and real estate ventures. Established in 1989, Compagnie des Alpes S.A. is headquartered in Paris, France.
