The business banking division supports enterprises with an extensive array of products, encompassing savings and investment instruments such as savings accounts, fixed-rate deposits, exchange-traded products, bonds, commercial papers, asset management, and equity services. Financing solutions are robust, featuring installment loans, overdraft facilities, bank guarantees, leasing, factoring, and trade and export financing. DNB also provides sophisticated transaction banking, research, and advisory services covering commodities, corporate finance, debt capital markets, equities, foreign exchange, interest rates, and comprehensive securities services. Digital offerings for businesses include online equity and FX trading, e-confirmation, equity execution, and investor/margin accounts, complemented by pension services. Beyond these, DNB's investment banking arm specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital market operations, providing expert services in foreign exchange, interest rates, equities, commodities, fixed income, research, and private equity. The bank also extends specialized corporate banking and exclusive private banking services. DNB serves a diverse range of key industries, including energy, financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing, packaging and forest products, seafood, shipping, offshore and logistics, and the telecom, media, and technology sectors. Established in 1822, DNB Bank ASA maintains its headquarters in Oslo, Norway.
