Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is an international telecommunications company providing a comprehensive range of informatics, network, and communication services worldwide. Its diverse operations are categorized into several key segments. The Mobile division offers cellular voice, text, and broadband internet services, in addition to digital solutions such as financial tools, streaming media (video and music), gaming, IoT applications, data analytics, and digital advertising. For residential customers, the Consumer segment delivers fixed-line voice and high-speed internet access, as well as IPTV and related digital services. The Enterprise segment provides advanced ICT and digital platforms, including enterprise-grade connectivity (even via satellite), IT services, data center and cloud solutions, business process outsourcing, customer premises equipment (CPE) sales and management, cybersecurity, financial technology, big data insights, digital advertising, e-health, managed automated teller machine (ATM) services, and various professional services. The Wholesale and International Business unit caters to other licensed operators and institutions, offering wholesale voice, managed services, application-to-person (A2P) SMS, IP transit and connectivity, data center and cloud infrastructure, security, value-added and digital services, mobile network operator (MNO) and mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) support, and tower and infrastructure leasing. An "Others" segment encompasses digital platforms, digital content, e-commerce ventures, and property management. Beyond these core areas, the company also engages in building management and maintenance, payment processing, business consulting, capital venture, health insurance administration, tourism, directory services, telecommunication construction, multimedia portal development, civil consulting, development projects, and office space leasing. As of December 31, 2020, the company reported approximately 9.1 million fixed wireline subscribers, of which 8.0 million were fixed broadband users, and a total of 169.5 million cellular subscribers, with 115.9 million of those being mobile broadband users. The company was founded in 1884 and is headquartered in Bandung, Indonesia.
