Through its Sponsorship & Advertising segment, the company secures global, national, and local sponsorships and advertising placements. This involves diverse formats such as physical signage, promotional campaigns, and digital rich media ads, including those integrated with live streaming and music-related content, all distributed across its extensive network of venues, events, and digital platforms. This division further specializes in devising strategic sponsorship initiatives and crafting bespoke events or programs tailored for particular brands. As of December 31, 2021, Live Nation Entertainment controlled a significant portfolio of entertainment venues, with 165 located across North America and an additional 94 internationally, either through ownership, operation, or leasing arrangements. Originally incorporated as Live Nation, Inc. in 2005, the company adopted its current name, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., in January 2010. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Beverly Hills, California.
