Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE), along with its affiliated entities, operates a global network of regulated trading venues, clearing houses, and listing services. These platforms facilitate transactions across commodity, financial, fixed income, and equity markets in key regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Singapore, Israel, and Canada. The company's operations are structured into three primary divisions: Exchanges, Fixed Income and Data Services, and Mortgage Technology. Within its Exchanges segment, ICE provides marketplaces for the listing, trading, and clearing of an extensive array of derivatives contracts and financial securities. This includes instruments related to commodities, interest rates, foreign exchange, equities, as well as corporate and exchange-traded funds. The company maintains 13 regulated exchanges and 6 clearing houses, offering futures and options products for sectors such as energy, agriculture, metals, finance, cash equities, and over-the-counter markets. This segment also delivers essential listing, data, and connectivity services. The Fixed Income and Data Services division furnishes clients with robust fixed income data and analytical tools, execution capabilities, credit default swap (CDS) clearing, and diverse multi-asset class data and network solutions. Finally, the Mortgage Technology segment offers a proprietary, end-to-end platform for residential mortgage loan origination. It further provides closing solutions that streamline connectivity for customers within the mortgage supply chain and enable the secure exchange of critical information. This division also supplies data and analytics services, alongside a "Data as a Service" offering designed to grant lenders access to vital data and origination insights. Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. was founded in 2000 and has its corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
