GeoPark Limited is an energy enterprise primarily involved in finding, developing, and extracting petroleum and natural gas resources across several South American countries, namely Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and Ecuador. As of December 31, 2021, the company held operational or financial interests in 42 separate hydrocarbon blocks, reporting total net proven reserves of 87.8 million barrels of oil equivalent. GeoPark Limited also maintains a significant strategic alliance with ONGC Videsh, collaborating to acquire, invest in, and generate value from upstream oil and gas endeavors throughout Latin America. The firm, which was established in 2002 and has its main office in Bogotá, Colombia, was formerly known as GeoPark Holdings Limited until it changed its name to GeoPark Limited in July 2013.
