Within the Construction segment, CNH Industrial offers robust heavy equipment, encompassing excavators, crawler dozers, graders, wheel and backhoe loaders, as well as skid steer and compact track loaders, distributed under the CASE Construction and New Holland Construction banners. The Commercial and Specialty Vehicles segment covers a wide range of transportation needs. It produces light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles for goods distribution, predominantly under the IVECO brand. Public transport solutions include commuter and city buses via the IVECO BUS and Heuliez Bus brands. This segment also supplies quarry and mining equipment (IVECO ASTRA), firefighting apparatus (Magirus), and vehicles designed for civil defense and peacekeeping missions (Iveco Defence Vehicles). The Powertrain segment, operating through the FPT Industrial brand, develops and provides advanced engines, transmission systems, and axles. These components serve a multitude of applications, from on-road and off-road vehicles to marine vessels and power generation units. Finally, the Financial Services segment provides essential support, managing retail financing for customers acquiring new or pre-owned industrial equipment and vehicles, offering wholesale financing (primarily floor plan arrangements), and delivering trade receivables factoring services. Tracing its origins back to 1842, CNH Industrial N.V. maintains its corporate headquarters in London, United Kingdom.
