The company organizes its extensive operations through seven key divisions: Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Foods North America, PepsiCo Beverages North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and South Asia, and Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand and China Region. Its diverse product offerings feature snack items like dips, cheese-flavored treats, spreads, and various chips made from corn, potato, and tortilla. The food selection includes cereals, rice, pasta, baking mixes and syrups, granola bars, grits, oatmeal, rice cakes, simple granola options, and prepared side dishes. Beverages span concentrates, fountain syrups, pre-packaged drinks such as teas, coffees, and juices, dairy products, and systems for sparkling water. PepsiCo serves a wide spectrum of clients, including wholesalers, foodservice providers, grocery chains, pharmacies, convenience stores, discount and mass merchandisers, membership clubs, online retailers, and authorized independent bottlers. It employs various distribution methods, such as direct-to-store delivery, customer warehouses, and distributor networks, in addition to selling directly to consumers through digital channels and other retailers. The corporation was founded in 1898 and maintains its headquarters in Purchase, New York.
