Furthermore, NKTR-255, an IL-15 receptor agonist, is undergoing Phase 1/2 clinical trials for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, multiple myeloma, head and neck cancer, and colorectal cancer. The company's portfolio also includes NKTR-262, a toll-like receptor agonist in Phase 1/2 trials for solid tumors, among other developmental drug candidates. Nektar has established significant collaborative agreements with a wide array of pharmaceutical companies, including Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., AstraZeneca AB, UCB Pharma S.A., F.
