Established in Melbourne, Australia, in 2001, Incannex Healthcare Limited, which operated as Impression Healthcare Limited until its rebranding in June 2020, is dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and therapies derived from medicinal cannabinoids and psychedelics. Its offerings include a trio of ultrapure cannabinoid compounds: APIRx-1801 (tetrahydrocannabinol), APIRx-1802 (CBD), and APIRx-1803 (cannabigerol). The company's clinical pipeline features IHL-42X, which has concluded Phase IIa trials for obstructive sleep apnea, and Psi-GAD, currently in Phase IIa development for generalized anxiety disorder. Other compounds having successfully advanced through Phase IIa clinical trials include CanChew Plus for irritable bowel syndrome, APIRx-1601 for vitiligo, APIRx-1602 for psoriasis, and APIRx-1603 for atopic dermatitis. A broad array of further candidates are actively undergoing pre-clinical investigation, such as MedChew 1401 for pain and spasticity in multiple sclerosis, MedChew GB for post-herpetic neuralgia, MedChew-1502 for Parkinson's disease, MedChew-1503 for dementia, MedChew RL for restless legs syndrome, APIRx 1505 Flotex for Crohn's disease, CanChew RX and SuppoCan (Suppository) for inflammatory bowel disease, CheWell for cannabis addiction, CanQuit for tobacco smoking cessation, CanQuit O for opioid addiction, APIRx-1701 for glaucoma, and APIRx-1702 for dry eye syndrome.
