In contrast, the Industrial Services segment provides integrated, single-source solutions encompassing rigging, millwrighting, in-plant maintenance, equipment erection, relocation, and disassembly. It specializes in installing high-precision equipment across numerous industrial sectors, including automotive, printing and graphics, industrial automation, packaging, and chemical manufacturing, among others. Furthermore, this segment offers maintenance and contracting services tailored for the machinery, packaging, printing, chemical, and broader manufacturing markets. Established in 1998, the company was initially known as Diversified American Holding, Inc. before adopting the name Cemtrex, Inc. in December 2004. Its corporate headquarters are located in Brooklyn, New York.
