Collective Acquisition Corp. II is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus its search on businesses that provide products or services impacting the sovereignty, security, self-sufficiency, or other national interests of the United States and/or its allies, including in the financial, strategic resources, defense technology, or artificial intelligence sectors.
