Profile
Versarien plc, a UK-based engineering materials firm established in 2010 and headquartered in Cheltenham, delivers specialized engineering solutions to a wide array of industries across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and other international territories. The company's operations are segmented into two key divisions: Graphene and Plastic Products, and Hard Wear and Metallic Products. The Graphene and Plastic Products division pioneers advanced graphene materials, featuring Nanene, a few-layer graphene; Polygrene, a graphene-enhanced polymer; and Hexotene, a few-layer hexagonal boron nitride nano-platelet powder. It also develops graphene-based nanomaterials for energy storage applications and offers a comprehensive range of electrically conductive Graphinks designed for various printing processes, substrates, and uses. Additionally, this segment manufactures graphene-enhanced plastic items such as mobile accessories, injection molded components, toolboxes, transit trays, PU foam tanks, and vacuum-formed products. The Hard Wear and Metallic Products division specializes in sintered tungsten carbide products. These include custom inserts and blanks, cutting tools, wear-resistant parts, nozzles and valve inserts for flow regulation, and durable tungsten carbide components for defense and aerospace applications in demanding environments. This division further produces micro-porous metals for thermal management solutions and supplies extruded aluminum products, including industrial components and heat sinks. Beyond these core offerings, Versarien also manufactures and distributes anti-bacterial and antiviral masks, hospital bed panels, and protective visors.
