Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, Spectra Systems Corporation is a global innovator and developer of integrated optical systems, established in 1996 and previously known as Spectra Science Corporation until its 2001 rebranding. The company operates across three primary divisions: Authentication Systems, Secure Transactions, and Banknote Cleaning. The company's offerings extend to sophisticated software and hardware systems, such as high-speed currency authentication sensors, quality control equipment for the manufacturing and printing of paper and polymer banknotes, and specialized equipment for security printers and hologram producers.
