Wholesale Banking: Dedicated to institutional and large corporate clients, this segment provides strategic client relationship management and solution delivery. Its services include financial advisory on topics such as equity and equity-linked product issuance, debt restructuring, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary share offerings, and general corporate guidance. It offers both conventional and Islamic financing solutions covering trade, working capital, capital expenditure, leveraging, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and project funding. Furthermore, this division provides integrated financial packages encompassing cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange, custody, corporate loans, derivatives, structured products, and debt capital market services. Wholesale Banking also manages treasury activities like foreign exchange, money market operations, derivatives trading, and capital market instruments, alongside transaction banking, broking services, wealth management, investment management, securities financing, and trust services.
