Profile

Since its establishment in 2008, MAS has meticulously built a high-calibre, diversified real estate portfolio spanning retail, office, industrial, logistics, and hotel assets. This collection of properties, developed and acquired over time, is situated across Romania, Germany, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Poland, and Switzerland. Its income streams are secured by tenants of outstanding financial reliability. The company is now strategically orienting its growth towards the expanding economies of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). To facilitate this targeted expansion, MAS has formed a partnership with Prime Kapital, a management team renowned for its extensive expertise in property development, investment, and financing within these specific markets. A significant strategic update in June 2019 affirmed MAS's commitment to further CEE growth, coupled with a complete divestment from its Western European holdings.
