The company plans, develops, and sells condominiums and detached houses under the Le JADE, Grand Le Jade, TOPAZ, DIAMAS Hayama, and SEVENS VILLA brands, as well as commercial facilities under the tonarie brand, logistics facilities under the LOGITRES brand, rental condominiums, hotels, offices, senior residences, clinic malls, and data center sites. It also undertakes land readjustment projects; leases commercial facilities and rental condominiums; and operates and manages an ossuary. In addition, the company offers property, real estate asset, and condominium management services; residential services; and real estate planning, brokerage, and consulting services. Further, it engages in overseas investment activities. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Minato, Japan.
