Its Radio Frequency division provides induction heating equipment, including hardening and tempering equipment, and high frequency generators; RF applied equipment, such as high power RF amplifier systems, and RF power generators for plasma excitation and induction heating; vacuum furnaces; and IH heat-treatment processing products.
