Rasa Industries, Ltd., a Japanese company, operates in the chemicals, machinery, and electronic materials sectors. Its Chemicals division manufactures and supplies phosphoric acid, phosphoric anhydride, polyphosphate, capacitor components, and premium copper powder, alongside other electronic-grade products for semiconductor and liquid crystal technologies. The Electronic Materials division focuses on producing and distributing high-purity inorganic materials like gallium, red phosphorus, indium, and boric oxide, in addition to resist removers and spin-on-dielectrics, all essential for semiconductor and liquid crystal panel fabrication. The Machinery division designs and builds excavation, crushing, and sorting machines, as well as pipe jacking equipment. Established in Tokyo, Japan, in 1911, the company was formerly known as Rasa Island Phosphate Ore, Ltd. and adopted its current name in 1934.
