This segment is also involved in the construction and operation of facilities such as rental conference centers, hotels, leisure destinations, healthcare institutions, and environmentally focused green infrastructure projects. Lastly, the Real Estate Agency division offers brokerage services for property sales, handles consignment sales, and manages rental housing portfolios. Beyond these core business areas, the corporation also owns and operates a portfolio that includes resort properties, city hotels, residences tailored for seniors, and exclusive membership sports clubs. This enterprise was established in 1918 and maintains its principal executive offices in Tokyo, Japan.
