Mitsui DM Sugar Holdings Co.,Ltd., established in Tokyo, Japan in 1947, is a leading Japanese manufacturer and distributor specializing in a broad spectrum of sugar products and food ingredients. Its extensive product line includes various refined sugars for both home and commercial use, such as white soft, brown soft, granulated, and diverse crystal sugars (white, light brown), along with brown, black, rock, and liquid sugars, prominently featured under its "SPOON" brand. The company also offers regional specialties like Okinawa brown sugar and Kansho Kuromitsu.
