For international trade, it facilitates import/export letters of credit, documentary collections, trade loans, receivable purchases, and bank guarantees. Digital conveniences include liquidity management, internet and mobile banking, and payment collection platforms. The treasury department actively manages foreign exchange, derivatives, money market instruments, and fixed-income securities. As of the close of 2021, PT Bank BTPN Tbk maintained an operational network comprising 82 main branches, 349 sub-branches, and 224 ATMs or cash recycling machines (TCRs). The bank was established in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1958, where its headquarters remain.
