Its offerings include various deposit accounts such as savings, demand, and time deposits, alongside diverse financing solutions like micro-financing, working capital, and investment loans. Customers can also access internet banking services, lease financing for movable and immovable assets, and both debit and financing cards. Furthermore, the company is involved in buying, selling, and guaranteeing third-party securities, providing money transfer and custody services, issuing letters of credit and bank guarantees, and offering trustee, safekeeping, and foreign exchange services. It also publishes, offers, and trades in both short and long-term securities. As of December 31, 2021, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk maintained a substantial physical presence, operating through 272 branch offices, 972 sub-branch offices, and 74 cash offices. Established in 1969, the company is headquartered in South Jakarta, Indonesia, and functions as a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
