Profile

Operating as a collective investment scheme in Hong Kong, Regal REIT holds authorization under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong). Its units commenced trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on March 30, 2007. The Trust operates under the guidance of its comprehensive Trust Deed, initially signed on December 11, 2006, which has undergone several revisions through seven supplemental deeds, the latest dated April 14, 2015. Furthermore, Regal REIT adheres strictly to the regulations outlined in the REIT Code. The core business of Regal REIT and its associated subsidiaries, together forming "the Group," revolves around the acquisition and ownership of income-generating real estate assets. These assets encompass hotels, serviced apartments, and various commercial properties, including office spaces. The Group's strategic aims are dual: to ensure consistent and increasing distributions for its Unitholders, and to cultivate sustained appreciation in the net asset value per Unit over the long term.
