Founded in 1992, initially as Shanghai Red Star Macalline Home Living and Decorating Company Limited, the company adopted its present name in 2011. Headquartered in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, it operates as a subsidiary of Red Star Macalline Holding Group Company Limited.
