The company has a strategic cooperation agreement with the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University in the field of ophthalmic drug research and development. It operates in the People's Republic of China, the rest of Asia, the United States, Europe, and internationally. The company has a business collaboration with the Sirtex Group agreement to enable collaboration on research and development of pharmaceutical products. The company has a strategic partnership with the University of Hong Kong for the research and development of drugs in the field of anti-infection and the industrialization of the research results. The company was formerly known as China Grand Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Holdings Limited. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Central, Hong Kong.
