Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Rayong, Thailand, IRPC Public Company Limited operates as a global provider of petroleum and petrochemical products, serving markets across Thailand, Singapore, and internationally. Its comprehensive array of petroleum products features liquefied petroleum gas, various grades of gasoline (including base and finished products), diesel (both base and finished), fuel oil, lubricant base oil, slack wax, a wide selection of aromatic extracts (such as treated distillate and residue aromatic extracts), asphalt, straight-run fuel oil, white spirit, C9 aromatics, toluene, xylene, and mixed xylenes. Within the petrochemical domain, IRPC manufactures and supplies polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), acrylonitrile styrene (AS), polystyrene, expandable polystyrene, and a variety of additives. Beyond its core production, the company delivers essential industrial utilities, encompassing the generation and distribution of electricity, power, steam, industrial water, and air systems, alongside providing wastewater treatment services for industrial clients. Furthermore, IRPC manages extensive port and tank facilities, offering a range of services including tugboat assistance, piloting, lighterage, fuel and fresh water provisions, weighbridge operations, container yard and warehouse management, and specialized equipment for cargo transshipment. Its multifaceted "Other Business" segment also includes asset management, oil vessel leasing, the production and distribution of plastic resins, operation of vocational schools, distribution of non-woven fabric products and medical consumables, and the oversight of petrochemical product distribution, power plants, jetties, and other utility operations. The company was formerly known as Thai Petrochemical Industry Public Company Limited until it rebranded as IRPC Public Company Limited in October 2006.
