Profile
RealTech AG operates globally, specializing in information technology (IT) service management and SAP automation. The company's extensive portfolio includes IT service management solutions that address incident, problem, change, service portfolio and catalogue, as well as service asset and configuration management. This is complemented by configuration management database (CMDB), business service management (BSM), and innovative smart service management offerings.
