MS Industrie AG, founded in 1991 in Munich, Germany, and formerly known as GCI Industrie AG until its rebranding in July 2012, primarily operates on an international scale, focusing on powertrain and ultrasonic technologies. Additionally, the segment supplies servo presses capable of various functions such as welding, sealing, cutting, separating welds, and punching, alongside components like generators, converters, amplitude transformers, sonotrodes, and both manual and automated ultrasonic welding units. The Services & Others segment encompasses a range of corporate support functions, including financial management, controlling and reporting, risk assessment, corporate governance, and transaction advisory services. This division also manages real estate activities, including property acquisition, management, and leasing. The company caters to a diverse clientele spanning the commercial and passenger vehicle sectors, packaging machine manufacturers, and the broader mechanical and plant engineering industries.
