Profile

Established in Hamburg, Germany, in 1953, Jungheinrich AG is a global leader providing comprehensive intralogistics solutions through its subsidiaries. The company specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of material handling equipment, warehousing systems, automated technologies, digital applications, and associated services worldwide. Its operations are structured into two key divisions: Intralogistics and Financial Services. The Intralogistics segment is responsible for designing, producing, selling, and renting new industrial trucks and storage solutions, in addition to selling and short-term leasing pre-owned equipment. This division also offers crucial aftermarket support, including spare parts, maintenance, and repair services. Concurrently, the Financial Services segment facilitates equipment acquisition through various financing and usage transfer arrangements. Jungheinrich's extensive product portfolio features a wide range of vehicles, such as pedestrian trucks, horizontal and vertical order pickers, narrow aisle trucks, automated guided vehicles, stacker cranes, reach trucks, stackers, and tow tractors. It also includes essential components like electric powertrains, lithium-ion batteries, chargers, and electronic control units. Beyond hardware, the company develops and implements advanced digital solutions, including sophisticated warehouse and fleet management systems, conveyor steering software, and other automation and digital tools. Products reach customers globally via Jungheinrich's direct sales and service network, augmented by its network of independent dealers.
